Promessee offers $4 U.S. shipping on qualifying orders under $50 and free U.S. shipping on qualifying orders of $50 or more. If a different rate appears at checkout, the checkout rate controls.

Processing and delivery

Timing can vary by product, destination, carrier, inventory availability, and seasonal volume. Use the most current estimate shown at checkout or in your order information.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is provided after fulfillment by email, through your customer account, or both. Carrier scans can take time to update.

Address accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address before checkout. Contact us immediately if you notice an error; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Carrier delays

Delivery dates are estimates unless explicitly stated otherwise. Weather, carrier disruptions, high-volume periods, customs processing, and events outside our control may cause delays.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows an unusual delay or delivery issue, contact us with your order number so we can review the available information.

International orders

If international shipping is available, rates and available charges will appear at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply depending on destination.
